The TMS-RDMA is designed to provide a remote indication of the next line to answer for TMS-6X and TMS-12A Call Sequencer users.
The TMS-RDMA generates audible ringing and displays the line number of the oldest call waiting. Attendants or agents can then answer calls in a professional, timely manner.
Up to three remote displays can be used with one Viking TMS-6X or TMS-12A Call Sequencer. The TMS-RDMA has a one inch LED display and can be wall mounted or placed on a desktop.
