Who is TSRC Direct?
TSRC Direct has been a leader in the
remanufacture and repair of voice and data communications equipment for
30 years. We supply customers throughout the United States
with communications equipment from our offices in California, Illinois
and Michigan. TSRC Direct headquarters are located in Pontiac,
Michigan, within "Automation Alley," one of the most respected and
fastest growing technology business clusters in the nation. Our
primary remanufacturing plant and distribution center is located in
Bensenville, Illinois, a few steps away from O'Hare International
Airport. TSRC Direct is a member of many industry organizations,
including the NATD (North American Association of Telecommunications Dealers),
INNUA (International Nortel Networks Users Assocation, formerly INNMUG).
What is the difference between
refurbished and remanufactured equipment? Should I trust
remanufactured equipment?
Many of our competitors simply refurbish
telephone equipment -- give it a light cleaning and resell it.
TSRC Direct, a specialist in the remanufacture and repair of
telecommunications equipment for over 25 years, has an ISO,
quality-controlled process for making equipment work and look like new.
All of our voice terminals (telephones) are disassembled and repainted
in our in-house engineered coatings facility. The internal
circuitry is tested at the component level. Once reassembled, the
telephone receives several quality checks, and is repackaged with new
cords, keycaps/desi strips and user card. The result is a phone
that looks and works as if it were new from the manufacturer --
consistent coloring, and without any scrapes, dents or cracks.
Remanufactured equipment is trusted by
many Fortune 500 companies, universities, hospitals, government agencies
and small businesses alike. With typical savings of up to 40% off
the manufacturer's list price, TSRC Direct remanufactured products look
and work like new and come with a one year warranty. All of this
equates to equipment and a company you can trust to keep your
organization connected - for a reasonable price.
What is the warranty on your telephone
equipment?
TSRCdirect.com provides a one year
warranty on all new or remanufactured equipment, unless otherwise noted
in the description. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and
materials. This does not include accidents, acts of God, abuse, mis-installation
or items that have been altered in any way.
Within the first 30 days of purchase,
TSRCdirect.com will pay for the return shipping of the defective
equipment. Once we receive it back, we will immediately ship out a
replacement item. After 30 days following purchase, the customer is
responsible for the cost of shipping the equipment back to us.
New items from certain manufacturers,
including Plantronics, GN Netcom, Polycom, Bogen and Viking are covered
under their respective manufacturer's one year warranty. In this case,
we will provide you with instructions on how to return the equipment to
the respective manufacturer.
Do you have a money-back guarantee?
If you are dissatisfied for any reason,
you may return the equipment to TSRCdirect.com for a refund within 30
days of purchase. You will be charged a restocking fee of 20% of the
purchase price or $10, whichever is greater. Restocking fees are charged
to offset the actual cost of repackaging, restocking and administration
incurred. If you elect to purchase a different system or other similar
equipment (of equal or greater value), your restocking fee may be
voided. Please call 800-738-8125 and speak with a customer service
representative for details.
Under no circumstances will credit be
issued after this 30 day return period.
All original packaging, equipment and
documentation must be included with your return. Items must be in new,
resalable condition. A return authorization number is required to return
equipment, and may be obtained by calling 800-738-8125. We reserve the
right to refuse any returns that are incomplete or are returned in
defective condition.
Do you advance replace (pre-ship
replacement) equipment?
If your equipment fails within the first
90 days following purchase, you are eligible for our advance replacement
service. As long as a current credit card is on file, we will pre-ship a
replacement item and have UPS pick up the defective item free-of-charge.
You then have 14 days to ship back the defective product to us without
being charged.
How do I obtain a Return Authorization
(RA) number?
All equipment being returned to
TSRCdirect.com must have a Return Authorization (RA) number. To obtain
an RA number, along with return instructions, please call 800-738-8125
and speak with a customer service representative.
All original packaging, equipment and
documentation must be included with your return. Items must be in like
new, resalable condition.
Do you provide technical support?
TSRC Direct provides technical support for
one-time, isolated-incident programming/installation questions for
buying customers. Support beyond this will be charged at the rate
of $85 per hour.
Do you provide repair services?
TSRC Direct is a world-leader in the
repair of Nortel Networks, Avaya, Cisco and other communications
equipment. If you don't see the equipment you need repaired on our
repair page, call us at 800-738-8125 for a quote. Simply
order repair services online and we'll email you a return authorization
(RA) number. Send us your equipment -- the typical turnaround time
for equipment is three weeks. All repaired equipment comes with a
one year warranty.
